Privacy Policy

This site is run by Hammad Ahmed (Achieving New Peaks). This page explains what information the site collects, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. Short version: only what's needed, never sold, and the coaching conversation is kept separate from the email list.

Consultation bookings and requests

When you book a free consultation, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and any answers you enter on the booking form, and sends your confirmation. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that information.

If you use the request form on this site instead, your name, email, optional phone number, your goal, and optional call times are sent to Hammad Ahmed by email and may also be stored in a private database. This information is used only to arrange and hold your consultation and, if you become a client, to coach you. It is never added to the email list unless you separately sign up for it.

Please don't send medical details or photos through the site's forms. If you become a client, the health and fitness intake happens through a separate private onboarding process.

The free guide and emails

To get the free cutting guide you give your email address and, optionally, your first name. That signup is used to deliver the guide. You'll only get ongoing emails (about one a week) if you tick the separate box that asks for them. The wording you agreed to and the date are recorded.

Every ongoing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any email or write to coachhammadahmed@gmail.com to be removed. Your address is never sold or shared for others' marketing.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, and its own event counter to count a few actions (like clicking a consultation button, booking a call, or signing up for the guide). Neither uses cookies or identifies you personally: the event counter records only the action and the page, never your name, email, or IP address. No advertising trackers or social media pixels run on this site.

Who else handles your information

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Calendly: consultation scheduling and booking confirmations.
• Resend: sends this site's emails and stores the guide email list.
• Supabase: optional private database backup for consultation requests.
• Stripe: processes payment if you enroll. Card details go to Stripe, never to this site.

Each provider handles your information only to provide its service.

Security and retention

Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection and processed on the server; database access is restricted to the site owner. Consultation requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and manage coaching. Email-list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time by emailing coachhammadahmed@gmail.com. This site is intended for adults and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
