Who it's for

  • You're a man, roughly 25-40, already lifting consistently
  • Training isn't the problem. Food is: delivery, eating out, weekends, no plan
  • You want a structured approach to losing fat while working to keep your muscle
  • You'll send honest weekly check-ins, because the plan only adjusts to data that exists

Who it's not for

  • You're under 18
  • You're looking for in-person personal training
  • You want a guaranteed result or a crash diet for an event next month
  • You have, or think you may have, an eating disorder or a history of one
  • You have a condition that needs medical nutrition therapy or clinical supervision, such as diabetes on insulin or other glucose-lowering medication, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, or recent surgery

If one of these applies, I'll point you toward a physician or registered dietitian instead. That's not a brush-off. It's the right order of operations.

How the Eight Weeks Work

  1. Before week 1

    Intake and assessment

A detailed questionnaire through a private onboarding form: goals, training history, eating habits, schedule, food preferences, and health screening. If anything there calls for a doctor or registered dietitian first, I'll tell you and we pause.

  2. After intake

    Your plan arrives

Calorie and macro targets, structured meals with portions in grams, a grocery list, prep guidance, and your training program: four lifting days to start, with active recovery.

  3. Weeks 1-8

    Weekly reporting

Once a week: progress photos (front, side, back) and a short questionnaire covering scale trend, hunger, sleep, energy, training, and how closely you followed the plan.

  4. Every 2 weeks

    Biweekly video calls

Four private 15-30 minute calls. We go over what the data shows, what's getting in your way, and what changes next.

  5. Week 8

    Review and what's next

An end-of-program review of your progress and written guidance for continuing on your own. The included coaching ends here.

How Adjustments Get Made

Changes follow your data, not my mood or yours. If your weekly trend, photos, and recovery are where they should be, nothing changes. If progress stalls or recovery suffers, we adjust calories, food choices, cardio, or training, one change at a time so we know what worked.

The approach is phased. The emphasis throughout is whole foods, enough protein, planned meals, resistance training, sleep, recovery, and realistic flexibility.

  1. 1

    Build the habit

A modest deficit while you get consistent with the plan. Adherence first, because nothing works if you can't follow it.

  2. 2

    Sustained fat loss

Steady, planned fat loss with adjustments as your weight trend, hunger, and recovery come in.

  3. 3

A final push, only if it fits

Some people may use a larger deficit for a short, defined period near the end. It isn't mandatory and it isn't right for everyone. It's only used when your data, recovery, and history say it's appropriate.

One Bad Meal Doesn't Have to Become a Bad Month.

Your plan gives you structured calorie targets with room to breathe. The goal is consistency, not perfection. One imperfect meal is not a reason to write off the whole week.

Plan ahead. Keep foods in the fridge that are ready when hunger hits. And when life gets messy, and it will, you go back to the routine at the next meal instead of next Monday.

Bend, don't break.

What the food actually looks like

  • Eggs, egg whites, and a mini bagelBreakfast in ten minutes with real protein.
  • Lean ground chicken and riceCooks in bulk, portions in seconds.
  • Lean ground beef and riceSame prep, different flavor, so you don't get bored.
  • Greek yogurtThe snack that's ready when hunger shows up.
  • Simple high-protein swapsOut of chicken? Swap in a protein you have, keep the portion.

Examples, not a prescription. Your portions and calories come from your own assessment.

How Your Progress Gets Measured.

The Peak Cut Plan is new, so you won't find a wall of client before-and-afters here yet. When clients share results and give permission, they'll show up on this page with how they were measured. Until then, here's exactly how your progress gets tracked.

  • Same photos, every week

Front, side, and back, same light, same spot. The mirror lies less when the conditions don't change.

  • Weekly questionnaire

Scale trend, hunger, sleep, energy, training performance, and how closely you actually followed the plan.

  • Scans if you have them

A DXA or InBody scan adds detail, but it's optional. Estimates are always labeled as estimates.

Who You're Working With

I'm Hammad Ahmed. My experience is my own transformation, documented with dated DXA and InBody scans, and the structured nutrition and training plans I've built from it.

I'm not a registered dietitian, a physician, or a certified personal trainer, and I don't give medical advice. Coaching doesn't replace a doctor. If your intake raises something that needs one, that comes first.

Questions

Will I have visible abs in eight weeks?

Not necessarily. Results depend on your starting body composition, adherence, recovery, and other individual factors. Eight weeks is the coaching period, not a guaranteed timeline to visible abs. Some people will need considerably longer.

Do I need to work out every day?

No. The program typically starts with four lifting days per week, with active recovery and rest built in.

Will my meal plan be personalized?

Yes. The initial plan is built from the information you give me at intake and reviewed as your progress data comes in.

Do I need a DXA scan?

No. A body-composition scan gives extra information, but it isn't required. Anything estimated in your plan is labeled as an estimate.

Do I need to give up every food I enjoy?

No. Structure and consistency matter more than perfection. The plan emphasizes whole foods, appropriate calorie targets, and practical flexibility.

What happens after eight weeks?

You get an end-of-program review and guidance for continuing on your own. The included personal coaching ends after the eight weeks.

Is this in-person training?

No. The Peak Cut Plan is online coaching.

Do you guarantee weight loss or visible abs?

No. No specific result is guaranteed.
